Promotion Picture

This utility creates a 500px x 200px picture of rally badges to be cropped and saved in rallies/thumbs as "b_pagename00.jpg".

Add a "0" to thumb count in field 10 of the menu_db entry.

Note: Only lists rallies WITH badges but NO photos.
