Ace reporter Steve White spent most of the day searching the site for familiar faces. They must have seen him coming and taken cover. So Steve took photos of lovingly preserved and restored classic motorcycles. Quite the opposite of the state of past members these days.

With this pulling power it is a wonder they don't put triple discs on the front.

They just wouldn't be the same in mauve...

... but this blue makes a very nice change.

The organisers prepared the arena by sending round this lawnmower.
