What we collect
We keep the following information if you send it to us:
- Contact information including email address
- An anonymous identifier that allows us to send a personal message to you via the Contact Centre
We do not collect any information without your knowledge.
What we do with the information we gather
We use the information to customise the website according to your interests and needs.
We may send occasional emails about activities, campaigns or other information which we think you may find interesting.
For regular newsletters we will only contact people who have explicitly indicated that they are happy to receive information from us. We may also send a single copy for information to people mentioned in the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Ex-members who are in contact have symbols alongside their names in the Ex-members' pages. The means they can be reached by email and the shows they are in touch by post (or phone). Send a message by clicking the symbol. This produces a message form that is sent to LPMCC.net. The message is forwarded together with whatever contact details you put in the message. If you do not include contact details in the message then replies will need to be forwarded through LPMCC.net. (Make sure we have your address)
You do not need to include your contact details when you submit a comment or report form.
Controlling your personal information
We do not pass your email address to anyone wishing to contact you until you give your explicit permission in person or in writing. Until then, messages are passed back and forth via LPMCC.net.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are compelled to do so by law.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the UK Data Protection Act 1998. A fee up to £10.00 may be payable if it is to be printed and posted but it is usually free or minimal to cover expenses. If you would like a copy of the information held about you, please contact LPMCC.net at the above address. We will need to be assured that you are who you say you are.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

LPMCC.net doesn't have access to any of that data.

LPMCC.net contains links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
