The site just happens to be the English cider centre with over 100 draught ciders on offer.

I set up the tent and hurried into the barn to purchase a gallon of Ben Crossmans prime farmhouse cider.

Then some friends from Kent turned up and it was into the marquee for the first of two bands. They were both excellent and were called Dogstate and Blackshot 21. I managed my customary six pints and to do a lot of dancing in this state.

On Saturday we went to the barn again for more refills. I had two pints each of Ben Wilkins Dry, Raglen Cider, Boris Brainbender and Steve Hughes Wicked Wasp to add to the Crossmans I had left.

We than caught a bus to Lewes to have a meal and pint in the John Harvey pub.

I then went to the Gardeners Arms were I sampled Kissingate Six Crows and Pig and Porter Red Spider Rye. Even Miles Jenner, head brewer at Harveys, walked in.

Back at the site the silly games were in full swing and then it was time for the band Boneyard Rock to play and they were good as well.

Unfortunately two other bands did not turn up but again much drinking and dancing were performed some of it with a blow up guitar which I was given by somebody from the band.
